At Solana’s Optimize immersion we create a haven for breakthroughs so you can finally get the results you crave. You rewire the circuits in your brain that allow you to slack off or skip workouts. We bring back FUN! and excitement to working out. Nourished by delicious, organic food and ninja mind skills, you will feel inspired and motivated to finally embrace your goals. 

We even prepare you to achieve an exhilarating “I DID IT” target that may at first feel out of your comfort zone … like climbing a volcano of Bali, a bike ride in Bali’s hills, hiking a waterfall, or surfing the waves.  Don’t worry, you get to choose your own challenge or let us surprise you.

It might not seem like it now, but once you get started, you won’t know yourself. You’ll notice that you’re more energized, your mind is clearer, and you’re feeling ready for anything.  Not to mention having an outlet for all that built-up stress.

What’s more, you’ll be trained without fancy equipment so you will have the tools to continue your regime at home. So no excuses not to continue … you will leave equipped to sculpt your body, lighten your mind and energise your soul.

Prepare for triumph with individualised attention and coaching, with the added bonus of group umph, energy and encouragement.

With a minimum of 2 fitness/yoga classes a day and nourishing food to energize and satiate your body, you will already notice a huge difference in your body and your energy levels.  

Most importantly, you will leave with tools to tune in and turn on the desire to keep going, to keep doing you, because exercise CAN become a way of life, not just a chore. Expert coaching will be provided to make that necessary mind shift for the continuous vitality boost to live life on your terms.
